Judy Armstrong has been with the Foundation since 2015 and has served as Vice President, Secretary, Grants Chairman, and Chairman for Club 116. She currently serves on the Foundation's 116 Kindergarten Readiness Committee. Judy serves as an elder at Wildwood Presbyterian Church, on the Board of Directors of Round Lake Area Exchange Club, Illinois Birth to Five Action Council, League of Women Voters of Lake County ILO and League of Women Voters, Northwest Lake County MAL. She is also on the board of Lake County Women's Coalition. Retired since 2012, Judy Armstrong was the Director of Business Development for Bolchazy-Carducci, a publisher of Latin and Greek textbooks located in Mundelein, IL. Mrs. Armstrong is also the proud recipient of the YWCA Woman of Achievement, the Joyce Fitzgerald Award from A Safe Place, and The Illinois Board of Education, Those Who Excel Award of Excellence. She attended Western Illinois University and the College of Lake County. Mrs. Armstrong resides in Round Lake Beach with Jim, her husband of 55 years.
